Welcome to HBA Home Tours

Since 1952, members of the HBA have been opening the doors of their newly constructed or newly remodeled homes to the public for Central Kentucky’s largest home tours.Tours include the Grand Tour of Homes and Tour of Remodeled Homes.

Each year, more than 100 Professional Builders/Remodelers participate in home tours hosted by the Home Builders Association of Lexington. These tours attract thousands of visitors and showcase new trends and give visitors the opportunity to meet the builder and ask questions.

Grand Tour of Homes

The Grand Tour of Homes is the HBA's Annual scattered site showcase of new homes. This event features homes built by HBA Professional Builder Members and provides a great opportunity for consumers to view the latest trends in new home construction and to speak directly with HBA Professional Builders about their dream homes.

Tour of Remodeled Homes

The Tour of Remodeled Homes is Central Kentucky’s largest remodeled homes tour. This annual event is held in the Fall over one weekend only. Admission is $10 per person. The Tour of Remodeled Homes provides visitors the opportunity to find a knowledgeable HBA Professional Remodeler and gain information regarding current remodeling trends.
