HBA Professional Remodelers
HBA Professional Remodelers earn this title by meeting a number of qualifying criteria to be a member of the Home
Builders Association of Lexington. Remodelers must demonstrate experience and sound business practices. They must provide references that are collected and reviewed by the HBA Membership Committee, Professional Standards & Registration Committee, Board of Directors, and Executive Committee. In addition, HBA Remodeler applicants must undergo a face-to-face interview with members of the Professional Standards & Registration Committee, agree to provide written contracts and warranties to their consumers, and agree to participate in a minimum of 8 hours of qualifying continuing education to maintain their membership in the Association.The HBA of Lexington holds their Remodeler members to the highest standards and they must continually meet and exceed the expectations set forth by the HBA to be eligible to annually renew their HBA membership.
